Peck, Ira. "Lucretia Mott : Women of Courage." Scholastic. 2008. Scholastic. 11 Nov 2008 .

This is an article that focuses on the strength that Lucretia Mott had in order to stand up to fight for women rights. At the beginning of the article it starts off at the Anti Slavery Meeting of American women. The women called for the boycott of slave produced goods. This wasn't new to Lucretia who had been doing this for a while before. The author goes on to talk about the angry mob outside and how Lucretia Mott had the courage to stand up. She told the women to walk out in pairs . the black intertwined with the white. After this beginning Lucretia Mott life is chroncalizated and then once again the article goes to the future. The Anti slavery society is t5talked about hen, the turning point in her life which is the London Convention on slavery in which she wasn't allowed to speak at.Lastly the Seneca Falls convention is written about.

the author writes for scholastic which is a company for children . This company has all types of books such as fiction , non fiction etc. But it is a good source.
