"Women Of The Hall". National Women's Hall Of Fame. Oct.23, 2008
The Women's Hall Of Fame is an organization devoted to preserving and showing the accomplishments of women who paved the way and made strides. The piece on Lucretia focuses on her slavery efforts and early life. Although it is a short article it gives good points on which sections of her life would give a depth of information.

NHD Topic Selection
For my NHD project I chose to do Lucretia Mott as my indualvial. While looking for someone to research i had a discussion with Ms.Klose our art teacher. She informed me of Mottt's contribute and hertiage left behind the the Germantown area . This stood out. Plus she was involved in the Womens cause for more rights. I believe that was good since I am a strong indepedent women. Once I started researched her overall life I became interested in the Decalartion of Sent. It is a document that is modeled after the Declartion of Indep. but for rights for women. I chose to focis on this aspect oif her life for my project. I will also be doing a performance such as an inner self monolouge.
